We start each day with a tailgate safety meeting to review site-specific hazards, PPE requirements, and the plan for the work ahead. Our 0.83 EMR (Experience Modification Rate) speaks directly to this commitment. The industry average is 1.0, and a lower number reflects fewer workplace incidents and a stronger safety track record. Maintaining a rating well below average did not happen by accident.
